The R & D team of the Group is located in Taiwan, and focuses on improving product performance and developing new products and technologies. The Group's discrete power semiconductors use its own proprietary device structure and manufacturing methods developed by the Group's internal R & D team. As at the Latest Practicable Date, the Group held 46 patents registered in the United States, Taiwan and China regarding the component structure and / or manufacturing methods of its discrete power semiconductors.

The group manufactures most of its products at the Shunde production plant in Shunde, Guangdong, China. In the discrete power semiconductor manufacturing process, the group carried out the packaging and testing process in the manufacturing process at the Shunde production plant, and contracted out the wafer processing process to external wafer processing plants. The Group also outsourced the packaging process of discrete power semiconductors for certain packaging types to external packaging companies. As of the Latest Practicable Date, the Group had a total of 94 employees in the Shunde production plant. The Group operates sales offices in Taiwan and Hong Kong, and sales logistics offices are located in Shenzhen, China. The Taiwan Sales Office oversees the Group ’s sales and marketing operations. Most of the Group's discrete power semiconductors are sold to distributors, and they are resold to the direct users of the Group's products, namely mainly power supply manufacturers, which will be used in a variety of electronic devices later.
